Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund the product must be in its original condition and packaging. Be ready with a digital copy of your receipt and contact us on noor@premiercollections.co.bw. Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
